We are looking to hirea talented and committed Program Manager to join the theIntelligent Talent Acquisition (“ITA”) org which is part of thePeople eXperience and Talent (“PXT”) organization, and as a memberof the PXT org, ITA removes business complexity and mitigatesstaffing risk through data, insights, and science models. ITAbuilds capabilities, defined as products, programs, reporting, andmodels, that generate insights to optimize staffing performance,labor planning, funnel throughput, and candidate placement. Withinthe Workforce Intelligence (WFI) team of ITA, the Fill RiskManagement (FRM) domain owns Tactical and Strategic Risk Mitigation(TSM) mechanism that leverages capabilities like application demandand marketing recommendations to help fill 2000+ WFS supportedsites globally, including planning financial incentives inconjunction with WFS and WW Operations.
As ProgramManager, you will help create the infrastructure to support thegrowing hourly staffing needs of Amazon’s EU Operations. Every day,you will work with leadership to drive standardization across thenetwork, rolling up your sleeves to do whatever is necessary. Youwill experience a wide range of problem solving situations, fromstrategic to real-time.
Key jobresponsibilities
Manage stakeholder relationship with WFSL7+ while also acting liaison between the stakeholders (includingteams like Public Relations) as well as WFI Product and Scienceteams, impacting decision making for levers including financialincentives.
The scope for this role includes managingrisk mitigation in countries and business lines that haveprototyped and iterated already, and are in the stage of earlyadoption of FRM product (MEU, UKI, SEU).
This includessupporting hiring for 200K+ associates yearly and managing close to$10M in financial incentives.
This also includesbusiness facing reporting including WBRs as well as generatinginsights and narratives for OLTFlash.

The output ofITA’s capabilities ensure that Amazon’s job offerings seemappealing to candidates, drive top-of-funnel applications, andbottom-of-funnel Day 1 Starts (“D1S”) for both Tier 1 Associatesand Corporate employees.
BASICQUALIFICATIONS – Bachelor’s degree orequivalent
– 5+ years of program or project managementexperience
– Analytical skills with experience usingExcel
– Good communication skills (both verbal andwriting)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Master’s degree or equivalent
– Experience with Six Sigmatools and Lean techniques
