As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company\’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and security across all digital systems. You will play a key role in leading IT projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems, networks, and servers
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations
Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data
Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
Provide technical support and training to staff across multiple departments
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to optimize company operations

What We\’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security management
Experience with cloud services, infrastructure management, and data backup solutions
Ability to lead IT projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Experience in the manufacturing or logistics sectors (preferred but not essential)
