This independent project and cost consultancy have successfully delivered some of the most prestigious prime residential properties in London and SE England.

📍 Role Highlights:

Working with HNWI\’s and their family offices, you will project manage high value residential refurbishment projects (sometimes listed) alongside renowned designers and consultants. Contract values range £5-£100m per property and include;

– Luxury town houses and apartments in Central London

– Magnificent country mansions in SE England

💡 About You

You will ideally be a chartered property professional with min 6 years\’ experience in project management consultancy. Reporting to the MD, your role will cover all aspects of project management delivery plus client and team leadership.

Ideal candidate attributes:

• Chartered MRICS, RIBA, MCIOB or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years\’ experience within project management
• Experience leading projects in the private sector, prime residential experience is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills
