The London office of GA is looking for a dynamic and motivated Secretary/Assistant with strong attention to detail to support our team. The selected candidate will play a central role in organizing daily activities and managing internal and external communications, interacting with clients, partners, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling correspondence and communications;
  • Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and travel;
  • Administrative and operational support for the team;
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations in Italian and English;
  • Interfacing with clients and suppliers, responding to requests and managing day-to-day needs;
  • Managing the calendar and coordinating activities for team members;
  • Providing support for general secretarial tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English. Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial, or assistant role.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and email management.
  • Ability to manage priorities, be proactive, and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and in dynamic environments.
  • Previous experience in law firms is a plus.
