On behalf of our client, an established aerospace tier 1 manufacturer, we are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their growing team in Farnborough. This role will involve working closely with the HSE & Facilities Manager and the wider Facilities team to support the core business, improve processes, and ensure a suitable working environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: * Facilities Management: Work both hands-on (80%) and in the office (20%) as part of the Facilities team, ensuring all site equipment is serviced and maintained according to current legislation and high health and safety standards. * Maintenance Coordination: Oversee planned and preventative maintenance, ensuring it is completed in a timely manner and meets statutory compliance standards. * Repair Monitoring: Prioritise and action repairs within agreed timescales, maintaining strong communication with relevant parties regarding progress. * Contractor Supervision: Supervise and coordinate contractors and auditors, ensuring all permits are in place prior to any work being undertaken. * Process Improvement: Utilise Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques to review and enhance on-site processes. * HSE Documentation: Monitor, review, and update Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) documentation as required. * Incident Investigation: Investigate near misses and accidents on site, ensuring all necessary actions are implemented.
