The Role
As the successful International Sales Manager you will be a pivotal part of our clients global expansion strategy. You will take responsibility for driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, and identifying new market opportunities in key international regions. You will be expected to be hands on, we are looking for someone who is adaptable with the capability of laying the foundations for further worldwide growth.
The successful International Sales Manager will have:
- Current experience in an International Sales Manager role or equivalent
- Ideally you will have experience within Western Europe, France & Germany!
- Exceptional influencing skills, you must be a do-er, problem solver and trouble shooter
- Good with ambiguity
- First class presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Preferably be degree educated or equivalent
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus a performance related bonus, pension, healthcare etc. Hybrid: Field based / circa 2 days in the office per month.
