This is a high-impact role for an experienced Clinical Scientist / Clinical Development Scientist, offering the opportunity to shape early-phase oncology development in a dynamic and visible position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and review of protocol synopses, protocols, and amendments.
• Provide scientific oversight for early-phase oncology trials and interpret clinical study data.
• Contribute to key regulatory documents, including Investigator Brochures, INDs, CTAs, NDAs, and safety reports.
• Support the development of asset strategy, including target product profiles and trial design.
• Engage in academic and commercial collaborations, ensuring effective data communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• An advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine.
• Extensive industry experience in early-phase oncology clinical development.
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory guidelines, and GCP.
• Proactive, cross-functional leader with a passion for innovation and team collaboration.
• Expertise in biostatistics and data analysis.
• A proven track record in developing study protocols and regulatory documents for global Phase 1 and 2 oncology trials.
