Salary: OTE: £40k

Position: Permanent Full Time

A busy independent Estate Agency is looking to recruit an experienced Property Sales Progressor to join their team based in the Claygate area.

The role will involve being responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale.

You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor, other agents and members of your own team.

You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough and have a good knowledge of the residential sales process.

Most importantly, you will either currently be in a similar role or have dealt with sales progression with a lot of properties over a significant period and have a proven ability to progress a busy and constantly moving pipeline.
