Hays Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant with specialism in Marketing or Human Resources, located in Cardiff. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum plus uncapped commission. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a hybrid working policy available after the initial training period.

Your new role as a Recruitment Consultant includes:

  • Client Growth: Foster lasting relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Understand client recruitment needs and provide strategic advice for the best candidate matches.
  • Candidate Engagement: Find and engage top talent through effective strategies, guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process for a seamless experience.
  • Skilful Negotiation: Create win-win situations for clients and candidates by negotiating terms and fees for mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed KPIs efficiently, collaborating within a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
