CNC Miller Programmer

• Programming and running all machine tools within the business controls generally Mazatrol, Fanuc, Heidenhain

• Competent use of Hypermill software to generate programs.

• Maintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the factory itself

• Implementing all the companys procedures and policies

• Communicating any problems or obstacles to production Manager

• Monitoring productivity rates, standards, and quality control

• Training and coaching team members.

• Improvement of processes capture of peoples knowledge and ensuring its embedded within works order information

• Implementing safety, health, environment, and quality requirements

• Aiding other departments and business area when required

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller Programmer for our client in Braintree. They are looking for a highly skilled candidate to join their adept team of machinists that is ever expanding.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing complex parts & will be capable of running different/multiple machines unsupervised and producing quality parts as well as being capable of programming., * Use of CAD/CAM systems ideally Hypermill

• Lean manufacturing concepts and experience

• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

• Good background knowledge in milling turning workshop processes and quality requirement
