This position is responsible for supporting the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse. This role involves shipping, handling, organising, and managing the movement of goods and materials within the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Experience in this role is essential., * Receiving & Inspecting Shipments:

  • Unload incoming shipments from trucks or containers.

  • Verify accuracy of shipment against packing lists and invoices.

  • Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies

  • Inventory Management:

  • Organise and store products in designated locations.

  • Assist in inventory counts and stock-taking activities.

  • Order Fulfilment:

  • Order Processing and coordinating shipments.

  • Pick, pack, and label orders according to an itemised pick list.

  • Ensure orders are correctly packed and ready for shipping.

  • Load products onto delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety.

  • Maintaining Warehouse Organisation:

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.

  • Adhere to warehouse layout plans for efficient product placement.

  • Dispose of waste materials properly and recycle when possible.

  • Operating Equipment:

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment.

  • Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and report issues.

  • Ensure equipment is used according to safety guidelines.

  • Safety & Compliance:

  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

  • Wear required protective gear and report any hazards or unsafe practices.

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work with other team members to achieve daily warehouse goals.

  • Communicate effectively with Management and co-workers.

  • Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

  • Required: 2+ years Warehouse experienceminimum

  • Required: Fit and active to perform heavy warehouse pick tasks

  • Essential: Fluent English and excellent communication skills

  • Forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to be trained.

  • Essential: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Competencies:

  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks.

  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.

  • Team Player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn., * Warehouse Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures and frequent lifting of heavy items.

  • May be required to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £33,000.00 per year
