Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of core product areas across Booking Engines, PMS integrations, Ecommerce, and Payment solutions. This is a pivotal role where you will shape the product strategy, define the roadmap, and deliver features that improve operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience for hospitality clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in hospitality SaaS product management, with a deep understanding of how booking journeys, property management systems, and payment platforms interconnect to drive both guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Senior Product Manager – Hospitality SaaS – Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product roadmap across Booking Engines, PMS, Ecommerce, and Payment integrations.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery and design through to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact features on time and within scope.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear user stories and functional requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of booking, PMS, ecommerce, and payment journeys across web and mobile.
• Monitor key performance metrics (conversion, transaction success rates, booking journey drop-offs) and use insights to drive optimisation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in hospitality tech, including digital guest experience, embedded finance, and booking platforms.
• Act as the subject matter expert for hospitality product areas, supporting commercial teams with product knowledge and positioning.

Senior Product Manager – Hospitality SaaS – Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in hospitality SaaS.
• Strong expertise in Booking Engines, PMS integrations, Ecommerce, and Payment systems.
• Proven success in delivering complex SaaS products in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of hospitality operations and guest experience requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, including backlog management and user story creation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in remote or distributed team environments.
