Our client, a globally renowned property agency, is urgently seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee multi-tenanted commercial buildings across Manchester.\\n\\nThis is a temporary contract for an initial period of two months with the possibility of extension. The client would prefer an immediate start.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nManage hard and soft facilities services across the site\\nEngage with both current and prospective tenants\\nEnsure full compliance with the client's systems and procedures\\nOversee health & safety to maintain a secure working environment\\nSupervise onsite contractors as required\\nConduct regular audits and budget reviews to achieve best value\\nMaintain and update all systems, records, and audit files regularly\\nThe successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, an IOSH certificate, and a valid driving license.
