We are now looking for a Network Sales Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management to the franchise network in your territory.
As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting assigned franchises within your territory with sales coaching and sales prospecting throughout the whole sales process, including finding leads, first contact, follow up, getting a meeting, and closing deals.
- Establishing the business objectives of the Franchisees by reviewing targets and monitoring the P&L of the Franchisees monthly, in order to increase profitability.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Department to launch new services/products, monitoring KPIs and revenue growth.
- Coaching and mentoring Franchisees to grow revenue streams, secure new contracts, and increase sales.
- Giving operational advice and practical assistance.
- Carrying out Business Quality Assessments and assisting the franchisee to achieve compliance and advise where required.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience in a similar role with a clear track record of managing direct or indirect sales networks.
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong mutually beneficial relationships.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen - understanding markets, trends, and competition; ability to be critically selective of what data to source and develop.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Exceptional project management skills; able to work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining high quality and timely results.
- Innovation attitude: thinking outside of the box, introducing new solutions and new processes to enable franchisees to become more productive.
- Good time management and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate.
- Available to travel on average 3 days a week.
Salary and Benefits:
- £45,000 to £50,000
- Plus 10% Bonus
- £6,000 Car Allowance
