Multi Skilled Plumber with Gas.

Location:Ashington (base location)

Contract:Permanent – Full time

Hours:37 Hours Per week Monday to Friday

Salary:£36,205per annum plus aStandby payment, giving the OTE circa £42,000 per annum

About the role:

• It is an exciting opportunity to work aspart of ateam, responsible for delivering property maintenance services to all of our tenants in line with Bernicias and the construction sectors competency standards.
• The role includesinstallation, responsive maintenance and servicing of gas appliances, therefore you must be able to demonstrateyour experience of these activities.

About you:

You'll possess a sound knowledge of domestic property components and materials with an awareness of other building trades. You'll need:

• Experience ofdelivering a range of multi-skilled activities whilst observing applicable building regulations and health & safety requirements.
• NVQ/City & Guilds certificate in plumbing or equivalent
• ACS Accredited gas certification qualifications
• A 'can do attitude' with enthusiasm for the role
• A flexible approach which includes working outside of usual business hours to provide emergency repairs
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
