Regional Sales Manager – Edinburgh Area , up to £40,000 ( inc car allowance ) + OTE £65,000 – £70,000 A fantastic opportunity currently available to join an iconic brand who are rapidly growing continuously. Although this role would suit individuals that have multi-site management experience, we may also consider Store Managers from an assisted sales background. You will: * Manage and motivate sales consultants across the area to drive performance * Participate in daily conference calls, motivational skills are a must * Conduct weekly 1-2-1’s and deliver coaching * Conduct branch visit’s across the region * Maintain good working relationships with key contacts Must haves: * Full UK Driving License * Experience in a Regional Manager / Area Manager role * Excellent at driving high performance through team * People management experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong leadership skills * Highly organised and able to multi-task * Strong levels of numeracy and business acumen For further details of this incredible opportunity, please send your CV in the usual way
