Head of Performance Marketing A leading digital brand is on the lookout for a visionary Head of Performance Marketing to lead their traffic acquisition strategy across multiple channels, including paid media, SEO, programmatic marketing, and partnerships. With a high-growth international division and major market ambitions, this is a pivotal leadership role where you'll manage the largest budget in the business while driving measurable success. What You’ll Do: Craft and execute data-driven acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, partnerships, and more. Build and lead a high-performing digital acquisition team. Manage budgets of £10M+ while leveraging advanced bid management software. Provide insights to optimise ROI and identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate with Product teams to introduce technical innovations.  What You’ll Bring: Proven leadership in scaling digital acquisition strategies for high-growth businesses.
