A market leading MEP Contractor, who turnover circa £60m, are actively seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join them on a long term framework in the West of Scotland. Please note that this role requires security clearance therefore you will need to be a British Passport holder. This role will see you working on high voltage refurbishment works within the MOD sector. What You’ll Be Doing: * Project Management: Oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance and profitability. * Team Leadership: Lead and motivate electrical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success and client satisfaction. * Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations. What you'll need: * Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must hold or be eligible for SC clearance. They must be UK nationals or British passport holders and have resided in the UK for at least 5 years. (Dual passport holders not eligible for SC) * SMSTS and CSCS card * Ideally, a degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
