We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Furniture Polisher/Sprayer to join this talented team. Working within dedicated spray booths, you will play a crucial role in the finishing process, transforming tables, chairs, table tops, and base units – both old and new – into exquisite works of art. Your expertise will be essential in preparing surfaces, applying flawless finishes, and achieving the impeccable quality our client is renowned for. Responsibilities: * Prepare furniture pieces for finishing, including sanding, cleaning, and any necessary repairs. * Operate air-fed/pot spray guns to apply a variety of finishes, including stains, lacquers, paints, and varnishes, ensuring even coverage and a smooth, flawless finish. * Polish and buff finished pieces to achieve the desired sheen and enhance the natural beauty of the wood. * Match existing finishes and colors for restoration projects, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and color accuracy. * Maintain spray booths and equipment in optimal condition, adhering to safety regulations and best practices. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain the highest standards of quality. * Take pride in your work, demonstrating a commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
