Contracts Administrator AlertSystems is a leading provider of business security systems. Our comprehensive product range includes our unique External Deterrent System, High Definition CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Remote Monitoring, Intruder and Fire Alarm Systems. * Administrator – Contracts Clerk * Finance Department * Location: Trowbridge, Head Office (100% site based) * Position: Contracts Clerk * Employment type: full-time, permanent Overview of the Contracts Clerk The successful candidate will be responsible for cost checking security systems service contracts and CCTV monitoring contracts. Candidates should be methodical with a strong attention to detail. Contracts Clerk role * Review existing customer contracts making sure the costings are in line with current expenditures. * PO Management. * Track issued contracts to ensure customer signatures are in place. * Look at existing customer contract upgrades. * Work with the sales team in order to offer customers new contract terms. * Suggest recommendations for contract cost changes. * Point of contact for all customer reviews. * Ad hoc admin duties and responsibilities.
