Supply Cover Supervisor

Are you an experienced educator with a passion for supporting students and teachers? We are currently looking for a Supply Cover Supervisor who is interested in flexible work in the Tunbridge Wells area. This flexible role offers the perfect opportunity for an experienced professional to manage classroom activities and ensure the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular teaching staff. Key Responsibilities as a Supply Cover Supervisor: Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring a safe and productive environment. Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities to students of various age groups. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and support students with their learning. Ensure that all lesson materials and resources are organised and accessible. Provide feedback on student progress.Requirements: A degree is essential. Experience in education (previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is preferred). Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to engage students and create a positive learning environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
