We are looking for a Full time Residential Conveyancing Paralegal.
Working in Manchester City Centre
We are looking for an experienced residential paralegal who has a real passion for people to join the Team.
Daily you ll be:
- Dealing with all aspects of the residential process on behalf of our clients, mortgage lenders, who have repossessed residential properties due to mortgage arrears or another breach.
- Dealing with preparation of memos of sales and auction packs
- Reviewing residential titles on instruction from Client and providing Reports on title.
- Deal with clients and solicitors in an efficient and professional manner.
- Preparing, reviewing, and issuing sales contracts and supporting documents.
- Answering client queries, providing status advice, and keeping all parties informed on progress of sale.
- Liaise with asset managers to provide a smooth transaction.
- Dealing with exchange of Contracts in a timely manner.
