Senior HR & OD Business Partner
Eden Brown Synergy is delighted to collaborate with a local authority, based in Staffordshire. seeking a Senior HR & OD Business Partner to join their team. This strategic role focuses on delivering impactful workforce plans and HR solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
This is a pivotal position offering the chance to influence workforce strategies and support senior leaders in navigating change, driving talent management, and fostering a culture of engagement and high performance. The role is initially for 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to shape, develop, and deliver HR strategies that meet service needs.
Workforce Planning: Lead initiatives to attract, manage, and develop talent for current and future organizational requirements.
Change Management: Diagnose and guide organizational change, ensuring effective risk management and alignment with corporate objectives.
Leadership Support: Coach senior leaders to build organizational capability and address people-related challenges.
Policy Development: Define and refine workforce policies, driving consistency and improvement across the organization.
Analytics & Insights: Use data to measure policy effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhanced workforce planning.
