Health, Safety & Fire Consultant | London | £45-55K + Car Allowance + Profit Share + Generous Pension + 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Benefits Are you a dedicated Health & Safety professional looking for a dynamic and rewarding role? We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Fire Consultant to join our expert team, providing professional advice, support, and guidance to a diverse range of clients across London and the South East. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established consultancy that prides itself on delivering high-quality risk management solutions across multiple industries, including construction, retail, corporate, education, and the public sector. Why join us? * Competitive salary with profit share scheme * Flexible, home-based working with approximately 50% of time spent visiting clients * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Ongoing professional development opportunities * Company car allowance and generous benefits package Key responsibilities: * Conduct Health & Safety inspections across construction, retail, and office environments * Undertake Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments * Develop and review safety policies and procedures * Provide expert advice and ongoing support to a wide range of clients * Prepare detailed reports and recommendations * Deliver engaging training sessions What we’re looking for: ✔ Qualifications: * NEBOSH General Certificate * NEBOSH Fire Certificate * TechIOSH status ✔ Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in a health and safety consultancy environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Detail-oriented with excellent report writing skills * Client-focused with commercial awareness If you are passionate about health and safety, thrive in a client-facing role, and want to be part of a successful consultancy, we’d love to hear from you!
