Scrum Master

Scrum Master 6 Month Initial Contract Remote £420pd (Outside IR35)   We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to guide and coach our agile teams, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. The successful candidate will be adept in agile practises and principles, facilitating effective collaboration within the team and across the organisation.   Essential / Minimum Criteria: –            Government Experience – GDS Framework –            Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), or understanding of software development life cycle models –            Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agile Team or equivalent combination of education and work experience. –            Level 1 Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I). –            Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. –            Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and traditional project management principles. –            Proficient in user story refinement, estimation, and other Scrum techniques. –            Proven planning and problem-solving skills. –            Experience in training and mentoring team members. –            Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and fluent in English, both written and verbal
