The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working with equipment such as packaging, conveyors and processing machinery within a high speed PLC controlled automated environment. In addition to this you will have the experience and ability to lead a team of multi skilled engineers, and have the responsibility for the overall projects, fabrication of the building and factory services, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this high speed food manufacturing plant.
The ideal candidate will also have experience of an automated production facility and the ability to work within and manage a team or autonomously as required, you will report in to the Engineering Manager and this will lead to a fantastic opportunity to progress your career to management level within this secure organisation.
