SHAL Housing in Bridgwater, Somerset are looking for their next Chief Executive Officer! Could this be you?

Here at SHAL, we are seeking to appoint somebody new for the first time in over 10 years, as our current CEO will be retiring.

We are looking for a leader who will work with the SHAL Board to shape the strategic direction of SHAL. This will be aligned to the delivery of our long term mission, will take account of tenants’ priorities and needs, will ensure financial sustainability, and will maintain operational excellence across all areas of the business.

The successful candidate will have current or recent experience in a leadership role within the housing sector, and a sound appreciation of the opportunities and challenges currently faced within the sector.
