Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN KS4 Teacher to join our broad spectrum SEN school in Coleshill, Warwickshire. The successful candidate will start in January 2025 and will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 4 students with a range of special educational needs.Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of KS4 students with diverse SEN requirements.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students’ academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to provide comprehensive support to students.
