Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and client-focused legal firm? We are looking for a capable and motivated paralegal to join a busy Glasgow-based team, managing a broad range of conveyancing transactions and supporting senior fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload supporting a Director and senior fee earners, including:
  • Handling the full life cycle of residential conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages, first registrations, and transfers of part
  • Drafting legal documents including missives, title deeds, and LBTT returns
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers, and solicitors throughout transactions
  • Conducting AML checks and assessing source of funds and wealth
  • Attending to settlements and distribution of proceeds
  • Registering title deeds with Registers of Scotland
  • Ordering and reviewing title searches and property reports
  • Supporting Directors and colleagues in business and property transactions
  • Maintaining accurate case files and complying with Data Protection and regulatory standards
  • Preparing regular reports to update Directors on caseload progress
  • Providing team cover and support during holidays or absences
