Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing multiple sites with a focus on training, development, and operational consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Training and development across sites.
- Maintaining consistency of food quality throughout all outlets.
- Fostering a healthy, fun, and productive work environment with high staff morale.
- Leading and training staff effectively.
- Completing administrative duties efficiently.
- Supplier negotiations, menu development, and tastings.
- Recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene legislation.
- Producing training and SOP manuals.
- Applying strong business acumen to ensure commercial and financial success.
Qualifications & Skills
- Natural leadership qualities.
- Proven training and development skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene legislation.
- Ability to produce manuals and SOPs.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
Salary & Benefits
Β£55,000 per annum plus Β£10,000 OTE bonus and equity options.
