Job Title: Electronics Engineer (Audio)\\nLocation: Northamptonshire\\nSalary: Competitive, based on experience\\n\\nOur client is seeking an experienced Audio Electronics Engineer to join their well-established team as part of their continued growth. This role is central to the R&D department, where you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge audio products, taking them from concept and design through to production and ongoing support.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nYour role will involve, but is not limited to:\\n\\n * Taking ownership of projects and designing system architectures.\\n\\n * Overseeing research and full product development across all stages of the lifecycle for assigned projects.\\n\\n * Generating and contributing innovative ideas to enhance audio technology.\\n\\n * Building and testing electronic prototypes.\\n\\n * Defining technical requirements and specifications for new products.\\n\\n * Working collaboratively with teams in the UK and overseas on project-specific matters.\\n\\n * Supporting the R&D department with daily technical tasks.\\n\\n * Occasional overseas travel may be required (though not essential), offering a great chance to expand your knowledge and experience.\\n\\nEssential Requirements:\\n\\n * A degree in electronics or a closely related engineering field.\\n\\n * A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electronic design, preferably within the audio electronics industry.\\n\\n * Expertise in working with ADC/DACs (Analog/Digital Converters), op-amps, and similar components.\\n\\n * Experience in high-speed digital electronics, including microcontrollers and DSPs.\\n\\n * Proven skills in PCB layout and design.\\n\\nDesirable Skills:\\n\\nWhile not essential, the following skills and attributes are advantageous:\\n\\n * Proficiency with Altium design software.\\n\\n * Familiarity with EMC requirements and design considerations.\\n\\n * Experience managing projects from concept to mass production, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.\\n\\n * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.\\n\\n * Analytical thinking with excellent numerical abilities.\\n\\n * Attention to detail and a self-motivated, independent approach to work.\\n\\n * Flexibility and adaptability in the workplace
