The General Manager will oversee the entire operations for our clients Aberdeen Hub business. This role is pivotal for driving strategic initiatives within the facility, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our clients strategy and vision for the Northern business units. Client Details Our client is a leading player in the renewable energy sector. With over 1,200 employees in Scotland, it prides itself on delivering high-quality products to a global customer base. Description Reporting to the Head of Operations Define, manage and deliver Aberdeen Hub businesses P&Ls Overall accountability for: the compliant and efficient operation of the Aberdeen Hub sites Profit & Loss Account for all aspects of the business operation Setting and meeting (or exceeding) site budgets Data collation and assessment of trends will be fundamental to driving a data led decision making culture; Ensuring site KPI's are set, monitored and corrective actions are in place to ensure targets are met.
