Job Description
Position: Senior Manager / Director
Location: Channel Islands (Jersey or Guernsey)
Type: Permanent role
Salary: £80,000 – £120,000 + 20% bonus and excellent benefits
Tax: Income tax within the Islands is fixed at 20%
Relocation: A full housing licence will be provided and assistance with relocation for candidates based outside of the Channel Islands.
Experience Required:
- Manager or Director level experience in Head of / Senior Manager level positions (role will have approx. 4 direct reports and 60 indirect)
- Focus on building teams, people management, development and mentoring
- Stakeholder management skills will be working at a senior / C level
- Exposure to the Financial Services or Insurance sector would be advantageous
