The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Edmonton Operations produce 50 million cases of drinks per year across their 7 manufacturing lines. The site can produce up to 142,000 litres of drink per hour consisting of both PET and Glass bottling. They are the only site in GB to produce our Oasis Drinks. There are over 200 people across Manufacturing, QESH and Engineering, experience here can lead to excellent career opportunities both in Edmonton and further afield across other GB sites and Pan-European locations.
What to expect:
You will be part of a team of 15 to 20 shift based individuals both operators and engineers and will report into a Production Team Leader. The team will work to safely maintain and operate beverage production lines.
Key responsibilities will include:

Use of our SAP based Planned Maintenance System to carry out and record Planned Maintenance activities and findings

Use of network based systems to carry out and record quality checks ( this requires the use of on screen systems and interrogation of HMI’s together with some visual checks and measurements)

Use our SAP based materials systems to order materials based on plans and use and account for materials in the production process.

Use of basic root cause analysis tools to identify ,diagnose and escalate equipment and process related failures

Support shift based and day based Engineering teams to improve line reliability and identify improvement opportunities

Adherence to Food Safety and Health And Safety Regulations relevant on site and to the wider business and community

Maintain and improve individual skills and knowledge through the use of core training opportunities provided by the business and through the use of the inhouse Academy System.

Strong communication skills and an ability to absorb information

A good level of numerical, practical and mechanical skills
