The firm currently has cover for the below areas of Corporate law, so the successful candidate will have a book repertoire from the following areas:

• Restructuring and reorganisations, investments, joint ventures.
• Share and Asset Acquisitions and disposals, Shareholders Agreements, LLPs and Partnerships.

This position offers full autonomy on your work, with the firm offering support throughout on review of your hourly rate to benefit both you and the firm. The firm has support from other departments, and is very social, with over c.70 events a year to make sure that the successful candidate feels a part of the team/wider firm.

Salary – 75% of what you earn

Location – Remote (with many social events)
