The Role:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Apprenticeship Support Officer to join our Management Information and Funding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting apprentices through accurate data management, compliance, and process efficiency. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As an Apprenticeship Support Officer, you will:
- Provide administrative support for apprentice onboarding, progress tracking, and end-point assessments.
- Maintain and validate apprenticeship data within B&FC's systems and the national digital apprenticeships service.
- Ensure compliance with funding and audit requirements through accurate data entry and quality checks.
- Monitor apprentice attendance, retention, and progress, generating key reports for management.
- Support apprenticeship events, examinations, and employer liaison activities.
