Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Audit and Regulatory Lead reporting to the Group Head of Identity . You will have good experience with audit and regulatory compliance and data gathering, as well as an in-depth understanding of processes for medium/large organizations to align audit and regulatory expectations and data delivery. Provide oversight and input to Identity Lifecycle management services and processes including key platforms, applications, services, Single Sign-On, and Multi-Factor Authentication. You will also have knowledge of monitoring the coverage and effectiveness of identity security tools, as well as automating day-to-day procedures.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  1. Align to the Group Head of Identity in maturing identity management within FNZ, processes, and practices contributing to the long-term maturity target.
  2. Have a strong understanding of policies and standards within FNZ.
  3. Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  4. Knowledge of SOC, SOx, GS007, AAF, FCA, HIPAA regulations.
  5. Coordinate visits with external auditors and internal Risk/Audit resources.
  6. Manage discussions and delivery with auditors and clients.
  7. Participate in developing skills, capabilities, and services of the Identity team including process improvements and documentation.
  8. Create, maintain, and mature team processes and documentation for audit and regulatory delivery.
  9. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends.
  10. Handle escalated issues, inquiries, and support tickets between auditors and the Identity team.

Experience Required

Primary Requirements

  1. Previous involvement in audit and regulatory visits and data gathering.
  2. Strong working experience within identity lifecycle.
  3. In-depth knowledge of policy, standards, and controls within identity and access management concepts.
  4. Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends.
  5. Familiarity with best practices and compliance standards.
  6. Self-motivated starter to drive and meet delivery timelines with external parties.

Desired Skills

  1. Professional certification such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP).
  2. Experience of working in regulated industries.
  3. Experience of mapping identity requirements to frameworks (NIST, SCF, ISO).
