Educational Psychologist – Remote | £634 per day | Outside IR35 Are you an experienced Educational Psychologist looking for a flexible, well-paid opportunity? Search Recruitment Group is partnering with an anonymous local authority to recruit an Educational Psychologist (EP) to support schools. Rate: £634 per day Contract: Ongoing (no fixed end date due to staffing shortages) IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Location: Fully remote Casework: Up to 5 EHCNA assessments per month Role Overview: As an Educational Psychologist, you will report to the Senior Educational Psychologist/Principal Educational Psychologist and be responsible for: * Providing psychological services to a cluster of schools. * Conducting assessments and contributing to the statutory SEND process * Supporting pre-school children, families, and educational settings with expert advice * Collaborating with multi-agency teams to improve outcomes for children and young people * Adhering to safeguarding policies and integrated working practices * Engaging in training and workforce development initiatives (e.g., ELSA, Restorative & Attachment Aware approaches) Why Apply? * High daily rate (£634 per day) * Flexible, fully remote working * No fixed end date – ongoing stability * Opportunity to take on up to 5 cases per month ??
