This role will assist on administrative responsibilities for the RET, acting as office manager for this area to include:

Dealing with general enquiries

PA duties as required

Arranging transport, flights, hotel accommodation, etc

Create historical records for past events specifically, Implementation and Photo Bibles

Coordinate the contract process in collaboration with the Department Heads and keeping all contract matrix up to date

Collecting documentation for new suppliers and support Accounts in setting them up on SAP and processing invoices on SAP when Accounts team member is on leave

Manage office inventory with gifting / stock checks

Processing expense claims on behalf of Team Managers

Oversee management of the office as a well-kept and pleasant environment advising on changes to needs and seeing changes that need to be made

Arranging domestic and international couriers
As needed, this role will support RET with coordination of all aspects necessary for the implementation of any event that the team work on, in addition to acting as office manager for off-site events (nationally & internationally). This person will liaise with internal departments, Richemont Maisons and external suppliers and manage all office admin requirements
