Are you looking for a new career in Recruitment? If so, we have the perfect position available for you to get started immediately as an Onsite Coordinator in a newly established operation in Rogerstone, NP10 9SA, Your duties as an On-site Coordinator will consist of but will not be limited to:

To support and manage effective recruitment for the contract.

Ensure that all aspects of the Company registration process is completed compliantly with successful applicants along with any contract specific elements. Ensuring the candidate registration experience is the best in class.

Oversee the provision of adequate induction and onboarding for all new starters in line with agreed Company, legal and contract specific standards and policies.

To provide our new colleagues with the highest standard of introduction to working for Challenge-trg on a client site.

Promote a culture of supporting and developing our colleagues.

Through effective team management, ensure that the contract demand for labour is booked and delivered in line with agreed KPI’s, taking a proactive approach to minimise any shortfall or disruption to the contract where applicable.

Always demonstrate reinforcement of contract rules and standards with colleagues. Ensure that colleagues have an acceptable level of conduct, attendance and performance.

Manage any complaint/inquiry to ensure such is adequately resolved in a timely manner. Identify and escalate any unresolved matters. Ensure all colleagues are treated with dignity and any commitments are fulfilled in line with Company values.

Ensure that our client and all colleagues are provided with exceptional customer service throughout their experience with the Company.

Develop and maintain professional and constructive relationships with all stakeholders building an exceptional reputation for the brand and Company image demonstrating collaboration throughout.

Ensure that all activities meet with Company and client policy, procedure and relevant legislation.

Management of colleague personnel files to ensure that compliance can be demonstrated.

Reinforce all health and safety guidelines, identify and address any hazards in the work area.

Where appropriate complete accident investigation and ensure all accidents/near misses are reported on Challenge-trg online Accident Reporting System within the relevant timescales.

Accurately update all systems, trackers and logs in line with standard operating procedures. Provision of reporting in line with Company policy and contract specific requirements.

Completion of any required payroll processes in an accurate and timely manner where applicable.

Ensure completion of PDR every 6 months.

Ability to interact and communicate (both written and verbal) with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft platform

Ability to manage heavy workload and prioritise accordingly and escalate any perceived problems to management

Ability to seek support from other parts of the business where required

Demonstrate innovation and excellent problem solving.

You will be paid £26,000 per annum
