Chief Technology Officer Having gained significant commercial traction, a new and innovative manufacturing technology business is now seeking an Engineering leader to develop the current diverse technical team. The CTO will be responsible for driving the technological vision and strategy for the organisation as it scales to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy and Vision Leadership and Team Management Innovation and R&D Cross-Functional Collaboration Stakeholder Communication and Reporting Budget and Resource Management Key Requirements: Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles, with a track record in technology/manufacturing related management positions Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire innovation Experience in building and scaling technology teams in fast-growing organisations Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience A strong business acumen, with the ability to balance technology decisions with the financial and strategic objectives of the organisation Preferred Qualifications: Master\’s degree in Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related field Proven track record in delivering large-scale, high-impact technology projects Interested?
