Our client is one of the largest property services clients based in the Northwest, They specialise in refurb and maintenance, newbuild and voids.\\nThey are currently seeking a skilled Groundworker to join their team.\\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in various groundwork techniques and possess a strong work ethic.\\nYou are required to carry out repair work on tenanted properties.\\nTo be considered\\n * Experience within responsive repairs is essential\\n * Groundworker qualification is essential\\n * CSCS card\\n * Experience carrying out repairs on tenanted properties is essential.\\n * A full clean UK driving licence\\n * Experience working with a PDA\\n * Social housing experience\\nHours: 39 hour week , 08:00 – 16:30 , Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 15:30 on a Friday\\nCANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO BE PAID PAYE UMBRELLA £19.00 PER HOUR
