Drylining Quantity Surveyor

A well-established and respected specialist subcontractor, recognized for delivering high-quality drylining, partitioning, and suspended ceiling solutions, is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support continued growth and expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute individual to join a dynamic team, overseeing a range of projects. Duties & Responsibilities: •    Take full commercial responsibility for assigned projects from pre-contract to final account •    Prepare, negotiate, and manage client and subcontractor variations and applications •    Track project profitability, manage risks, and report on key financials •    Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures •    Conduct regular site visits and liaise with delivery teams to monitor project performance •    Support procurement of materials and subcontractor packages as needed Candidate Profile: •    Demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the drylining or ceilings sector •    Strong grasp of contract administration and cost control •    Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously •    Excellent interpersonal skills for both client and team communication •    Degree-qualified or holding relevant vocational qualifications What’s on Offer: •    A stable, long-term position with a respected subcontractor •    Flexible salary and package tailored to the level of experience •    Career progression opportunities in a supportive environment
