CR3 is currently working with a leading UK insulation supplier based in Chelmsford who are looking for a Junior Sales Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis. Benefits * £20k – £25k * 20 Days holiday * Xmas shut down * On-site parking What you’ll do day to day: * Guide customers through a seamless journey, from the initial welcome to negotiation and the handover of their purchased vehicle * Actively prospect for new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain a comprehensive enquiry database * Maintain in-dept product knowledge and continuously enhance expertise through manufacturer-led training sessions * Recommend suitable add-on products that align with customer needs and preferences * Ensure the effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-up * Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages referrals Requirements: Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here! * Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships * Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm * A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team’s success * Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail * Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs * Must hold a Full UK driving licence
