Nexus are work with a Facilities Management Company working within the Social Housing Sector looking to add an Area Manager to their Team. Based in their Leeds Office and manging all employees in the area including the following: Administration Manager and Administrators, Operations Managers, Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Surveyors and Estimators, Customer Care staff (CLOs), Business Development Managers, Supervisors and Front-Line Managers, Operatives, Apprentices and Trainees • Salary 60 – 75k • Car allowance 6.5k a year or company car • Area bonus payable 5% – 20% of the persons salary based on performance. • Previous Experience in Similar role required • Must be able to manage a large team • Need to have a good understanding over planned, project work. • Experience in the social housing industry • Attitude to drive a team. • Must have a good commercial understanding
