Business Development Manager

Cactus Search is working with a fast-growing Technology brand which is currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join them to help drive business growth across new products. This business are doing extremely well bringing in over £3 Million per year of new business from inbound channels.

Salary – £65,000, as well as huge bonus opportunities monthly.

£100K + OTE !!

This role is fully remote!

This role will include leads from and SDR team, but they are looking for a 360 sales cycle Hunter gatherer type character.

The Senior BDM will:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Create and develop intermediary relationships

• Devise strategic plans

• Manage sales processes

• Cold outreach

• Expand the market presence

For the Senior Business Development Manager opportunity, we\’re looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in Outbound sales CRM’s such as either Apollo, Hubspot, Cognism, sales navigator etc…

• Have substantial experience in Business Development, Sales and Intermediary Relationship building

• Have a proven track record of developing strategic business plans and executing them successfully

• Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills

• Can assess market trends and pinpoint new business opportunities

• Have a problem-solving approach to their work and confidence in making decisions

• Are self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote position

• Must have 360 sales cycle Prospect to deal closed.
