- Role location: Godalming, Surrey
- This is a fill time office based
- 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
We are seeking an experienced PA for a highly regarded award-winning quality brand based in Godalming. You will be a highly motivated self-starter with a positive, team player and with a can-do attitude. It is essential you possess the confidence and sound judgement to take the necessary action.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing emails
- Managing calendar, including making appointments
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and dealing with them personally or routing calls as necessary
- Organising meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
- Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
- Maintaining an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing notes for the executive
- Handling personal tasks for the executive as needed
- You may also be asked to lead a small executive support team
Requirements
- Experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior manager/executive
- Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
- Exceptional planning and time management skills
