Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for conveyancing? A reputable law firm, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. Position: Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Dundee Working Pattern: Full-time, Hybrid Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a degree of flexibility Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 About the Role: As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support the conveyancing team in managing a diverse range of property transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a hybrid working model, allowing for both in-office and remote work. Key Responsibilities: – Assist with the preparation and management of conveyancing documents and files. – Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions. – Conduct property searches and prepare reports. – Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
