We work with the leading blockchain projects and help transform their marketing efforts, ensuring their project reaches the right audience and achieves its necessary goals. Role We are looking for a bold and ambitious results-driven Head of Paid Media to join our team at Blockovate. You will be responsible for leading, strategising, planning, and delivering paid media strategies & campaigns to drive performance across paid media. Key Accountabilities Leadership of the paid media department P&L responsibility for the paid media department Line management of the paid media team Researching and creating paid media strategies to meet company goals Responsibility for driving performance across key channels including programmatic display, direct display, paid search & more Building and maintaining paid media campaigns Optimising paid media campaigns to achieve agreed KPIs, including ROAS Conducting in-depth analysis and reporting on paid media performance to identify trends and opportunities Researching and analyzing competitors to uncover new strategies and opportunities Working with other departments to deliver upon paid media goals Requirements 6+ years of experience in a paid media-focused role Strong expertise in paid media advertising tools across various networks, including Google Search, programmatic display networks, and crypto-specific ad networks Proven track record of successfully managing paid search campaigns Demonstrable experience in planning and executing programmatic display campaigns and other paid media initiatives.
