We are currently recruiting for a permanent Housing Solicitor to join a housing association in the West Midlands.
This role is offering an opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company and a friendly.

Salary: 45,000 – 50,000

Responsibilities of a Housing Solicitor are:

  • Be able to deliver Housing and Tenancy legal related advice
  • Ensure all court hearings are attended
  • Balance case management
  • Assist with tenancy breaches

Successful Housing Solicitor must have:

  • Three years’ experience within a housing legal field
  • A DBS and social media check required
  • Experience within case management and house litigation
